We will show up the day of with a full team ready to deal with anything so you don't have to. In addition to working with clients who want to benefit the community, we also host our own at Anahata Collaborative! These events are open to the public and benefit the local community including small businesses, emerging artists of all kinds and organizations. The main goal is to support and learn from one another and grow as a whole.

Event Packages

Full Planning

With full planning, we are there every step of the way, from start to finish. You don't have to worry about a thing. We offer the following, but aren't limited to: venue selection, design consulting, contract and payment tracking, vendor selection and coordination, budget management, creation of the production schedule and layout, website development, appointment scheduling, personal shopping, wardrobe styling and if it's a wedding, we can even plan the engagement party, bridal shower and groom's dinner! 

Partial Planning

If you are the person who started planning and realized that you are over your head or you just don't have enough time to finish, we will! Partial planning includes up to 3 items we will plan beginning to end. This could include budget management, coordinating a DJ or caterer, PR, RSVP management, design consulting, you name it. We even include personal styling! 

Day of Coordination &
Consulting

Day of coordination packages are great for those clients that did all the planning, are tired and just don't want to deal with everything that comes with the preparation and the actual day of. You should only worry about yourself and that's where we come in! We include setup and teardown, vendor coordination prior to the day of, timeline management, guest liaisons, photo coordination and more. If you don't have a budget for a planner and just need help with a bump in the road or even someone to just setup the day of, we offer hourly consulting starting at $50.

We conduct free consults in order to build custom quotes for each and every client because we firmly believe in figuring out what you actually need AND want. 

Prices range from $50 per hour to package rates of $1,340+
