Event Planning Packages

We conduct free consults in order to build custom quotes for each and every client because we firmly believe in figuring out what you actually need AND want.
With full planning, we are there every step of the way, start to finish. The only thing you have to do is say yes or no. Because we are a convenient one-stop-shop, this is perfect for the person that just doesn't have time or even knows where to begin. If you are the person who started planning and realized that you are over your head or you don't have enough time to finish, we will! Partial planning includes up to 3 items we will plan beginning to end. This could include budget management, coordinating a DJ or caterer, PR, RSVP management, design consulting, you name it. We can even include personal styling!
Day of Coordination
Day of coordination packages are great for those clients that did all the planning, are tired and just don't want to deal with everything that comes with the preparation and the actual day of. You should only worry about yourself and that's where we come in! We can include setup and teardown, vendor coordination prior to, timeline management, guest relations, photo coordination and more. We offer partial day of coordination and set up only too!
Design & Entertainment Planning
Maybe you don't need a planner, but you need help creating the theme of the event by bringing everything together with the textures, patterns, and colors; that's where our event stylists come in! Or maybe you have everything planned, but just want it to be epic by bringing in unique entertainment or an activity! These are both part of our à la carte services which by popular demand became a package of their own.
Sometimes clients have a smaller event they're planning or their budget just doesn't allow them to have a planner. If this is you, we offer hourly consulting! You will receive professional advice so you are more than ready the day of. This could also include us taking a task or 2 off your planning plate like creating the production schedule, searching for a venue or simply to read over your contracts to make sure you are planning accordingly.
